Money confidence should not depend on where you start. Our financial literacy program brings free, plain-language workshops on budgeting, saving, credit and fraud awareness to schools, community centres and workplaces.

Sessions are delivered in person by our employee volunteers and online through a self-paced learning hub, with dedicated tracks for students, newcomers and first-time home buyers.

Access to banking

Every community deserves a bank that is easy to reach. We maintain no-fee student accounts, seniors' banking benefits and a newcomer onboarding program that helps recent arrivals open their first account, build credit history and understand the local banking system.

Mobile and digital banking brings full-service banking to communities without a nearby branch, including remote cheque deposit, e-Transfers and in-app support.

Backing small business

Small businesses anchor local economies. Beyond lending products, our business team runs mentorship pairings, digital-skills workshops and community market partnerships that help local companies find their first customers and grow sustainably.

Community giving

RBC Bank and its employee-matched giving program direct donations to local food security, housing and youth-education charities across the regions we serve.
